Growing up in the '60s in River Falls was like a series of real life episodes of "Leave it to Beaver" or "The Wonder Years." Without video games, computers, or highly organized sports and activities, it was critical to possess an active imagination.

Easter Egg Hunt at Glen Park Good eggs

Hundreds of kids and parents flocked to Glen Park Saturday morning for the Kiwanis-sponsored annual Easter Egg Hunt. Teens hurt in crashes

Several young River Falls-area drivers and passengers were injured in weekend accidents, according to information from the Pierce and St. Croix county sheriff's departments.

UW-River Falls is asking the public for its suggestions as the campus launches its first campus exterior master plan in nearly three decades.

New administrator joins RF hospital

Thad (Sparkie) Sparkman has been named River Falls Area Hospital director of community development and physician relations. Sparkman began this new full-time position last month.

Construction set for new school; soon, RF will have both tech college, university

Next week work begins to build another post-secondary school in River Falls.
