Hudson -- Woodbury attorney sentenced in OWI Minnesota attorney has been sentenced in a felony OWI case in St. Croix County Circuit Court. Willie Herman Davis, 45, Woodbury, Minn., was sentenced to eight months in jail, probation for three years and fined $1,977 on a fifth drunken driving conviction Monday by Judge Scott R. Needam.
