• North Hudson -- teens ring in new year citations for underage drinking

Thirteen teens had their New Year's Eve celebration interrupted by the North Hudson Police Department just before midnight Jan. 1. By the time police were done, all had received citations for underage drinking and possession of alcohol.

The party was at the home of Nicholas R. Larson, 19, 419 Galahad Road N. Police went to the home after they received a complaint about cars parked on both sides of the road that were blocking traffic. When police investigated, they determined there was not enough room for an emergency vehicle to make it down the street and went to the residence to ask that some of the cars be moved.

After getting permission to come into the home and observing alcohol being served and consumed, police asked if there were any adults or people over 21 present and they were told no. Along with Larson, police then issued citations to the following people:

Andrew A. Falck, 18, Coon Rapids, Minn.

Nathan C. Saucemen, 18, 1220 Cove Road.

Dominic M. Beauclaire, 18, 303 Windolf Lane.

Zachary M. Gorman, 19, 2717 Galway Court.

Jacob K. Miller, 19, 1094 Golden Oaks Drive.

Dylan W. Halonen, 18, 515 Helen St. N.

Amy L. Lund, 18, Baldwin.

Andrew M. Breeden, 19, 754 Oriole Lane.

Ryan M. Weiler, 18, 1319 Woodland Court.

Kelsey A. Jameson, 18, 649 Hillary Farm Road.

Cody J. Carey, 18, 790 Harlar Circle.

The teens' court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 27.
