Hwy. 63 construction begins Improvements to Wisconsin Highway 63 through Baldwin began Monday, May 5. Motorists traveling in the area can expect lane closures from 55th Avenue-U.S. 12 and from U.S. 12-80th Street throughout the duration of the project. Beginning Monday, the highway will be open to through traffic with single lane closures handled by flagging crews. The project is scheduled to be complete by July 18, 2008.
