Larissa Christenson was pronounced dead at the scene by the St. Croix County Medical Examiner, according to a sheriff's department news release. Court records indicate she lived in River Falls as recently as last summer. The driver of the Explorer, Steven Tudahl, also of Glenwood City, was southbound on Hwy. 63 north of CTH S in the town of Cylon when he crossed the center line and struck a northbound 1998 Buick Lasabre driven by Amy Dwyer, 26, of Clear Lake.
