Kraft to run for 91st Assembly seat James Kraft of Durand has announced he is running for the 91st Assembly District seat currently held by Rep. Barb Gronemus. Gronemus has announced that she is retiring from the state Legislature. Kraft currently serves as a supervisor on the Pepin County Board and will be running as a Democrat. Kraft says he is an advocate of preservation and protection of personal property rights and comes from a rural family background involved in agriculture and small business.
