Woman injured in accident south of River Falls An unidentified woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident on 640th Avenue, about one-tenth of a mile east of Pierce County E, just south of River Falls. According to reports the accident occurred at around 12:35 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate that the woman was ejected from the vehicle and was complaining of an injury to her arm.
