Kathie Otto, Archivist at the UWRF Area Research Center, presents stories of soldiers from our area who fought in the Civil War, using personal letters and documents to shed light on their experiences. This event in conjunction with the Civil War exhibit in the gallery, and River Falls Reads The Killer Angels.
