Six high school students and seven teachers from St. Croix, Pierce and Polk counties were named recipients of the 2013 Herb Kohl Foundation awards. The $1,000 awards will go to 100 teachers and 187 graduating high school students statewide. The teachers’ schools will also receive $1,000 awards.
