The driver of a gasoline tanker trunk killed in a fiery I-94 crash in St. Croix County Monday has been identified as Todd Richardson, 51, of Colfax. The Wisconsin State Patrol said Richardson was carrying gasoline to central Wisconsin when his truck lost control, went through a median, hit a bridge and started on fire.

In the St. Croix County wide referendum related to the use of tax levy dollars to continue supporting the county-owned nursing home in New Richmond, voters again overwhelmingly voted yes.
