Academic Decathlon - An organization for those who enjoy competition and testing on what they have learned. The tests do not count for academic credit. On the day of competition, students leave school and are treated to a free breakfast and lunch. Academic Decathlon is advised by Jill Tammen and starts in the fall.
Student leaders journey to Hazelden
Members of various Hudson High School extracurriculars, including Peer Helpers, Student Council, National Honor Society and Students Against Destructive Decisions, attended the Hazelden Foundation's rehabilitation site in Center City, Minn., for the annual Peer Empowerment Workshop Aug. 15-17.
High school open house is Sept. 9
Hudson High School will host an open house tonight (Thursday) beginning at 7 p.m. The session will use the following schedule:
Parents as teachers available in Hudson
Parents As Teachers, a program of the St. Croix Family Resource Center, is now available to families in the Hudson area with children 0-5 years of age.
