No charges yet against boy accused of principal threats

St. Croix County District Attorney Eric Johnson said Monday that no criminal charges have been issued against the 17-year-old boy whose alleged threats to shoot principals at Hudson High School disrupted classes Nov. 5.

Hudsonite Carol Palm, whose homes have frequently been on the Hudson Tour of Homes, recently received a patent for a collectibles tree display. The festive Christmas tree, which comes in four sizes, was the invention of Carol and her father, Leonard Bessa.
