Raiders gain experience the hard way in double overtime loss
Wisconsin teams had a rough go of it in the Hudson Thanksgiving Shootout last week.
Ryan Meissen named CC All-American
Ryan Meissen, a senior at UW-Whitewater, was named to the NCAA Cross Country All-American Team at the Division III National Cross Country Meet hosted by UW-Oshkosh last Saturday. Meissen finished 14th as an individual with a time of 24:15.7 for the 8,000 meters (5 miles). The first 15 finishers are named NCAA All-American and the 16th through 35th finishers are named Coaches' All-American.
Late penalties provide fireworks in hockey win
Hudson jumped out to a 3-0 lead after two periods in a win over St. Paul Como Park, but much of the action occurred in the third period after all the goals had been scored.
