No charges will be filed against boy in HHS threat case
St. Croix County District Attorney Eric Johnson said Monday that no charges will be filed against the 17-year-old boy who allegedly made threats to shoot principals at Hudson High School on Nov. 5.

In one of the more unusual civil cases in local history, St. Croix County Judge Eric Lundell awarded $5.4 million Wednesday, Dec. 15, to the estate of Jane Neumann to be paid by her husband, James Neumann.

Smoking in boys' room a concern at HHS
Apparently some students have been smoking in the boys' and girls' bathrooms in the west end of Hudson High School, which caused the lavatories to be locked up and provoked discussion at last Tuesday's school board meeting.
