Hudson Business Park Corp. paying loan to NSP
Early loan payoff

The Hudson Business Park Corp. paid Northern States Power $500,000 toward a $1.7 million loan NSP made to the business corporation. The business park land is within a city Tax Incremental Finance district, which is expected to generate $132,000 in 1999, $186,000 in 2000 and $289,000 in 2001. To date, 42 acres in the 132-acre park are either sold or reserved.
