The following employees received recognition for 20 years of service in 1998: Dennis Christophersen (water), Thomas Zeuli (public works), Kathleen William (police) and Darlene Fraser (finance); and a 25-year plaque was presented to Paul Larson (police). Habitat open house set in Glenwood City St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity, Inc. will hold a house dedication at its Glenwood City homes on Saturday, Jan. 22, at 10:30 a.m. The homes are located at 249 and 251 Magnolia Drive. The homes will be open for viewing and light refreshments will be served. One-Block Run to be held Saturday The One-Block "Fun" Run for United Cerebral Palsy event is Saturday, Jan. 22, at Dick's Bar and Grill in downtown Hudson. Registration starts at 11 a.m. and the run starts at noon. The cost for this family fun-filled event is $8 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and younger. Y announces Feldenkrais classes Feldenkrais classes will soon be introduced at the St. Croix Valley YMCA. Feldenkrais is not a foreign language, specialty food or the name of a local marathon, instead Feldenkrais is a class devoted to body awareness through movement.
