I'm writing about the cartoon in the Dec. 16 issue of the Journal called "The Fine Art of Crossing Main Street - Method #3."
St. Croix Co. has forgotten how to serve citizens
In as much as we, the public, collectively own the St. Croix Government Center, all its business machines, pay the power and light bills, buy all the forms, provide health care and wages to all the employees, what justification is there for charging fees for services we already totally own?
