Theatre show to be staged at local schools through Feb. 1

The River Falls Municipal Utilities is hosting a touring theater show called "The Phantom of Fun Land" Jan. 31 through Feb. 1.

This fast-paced, live educational program involves children and presents lessons that help them remember what they have learned. There is no admission fee.

The National Theatre for Children, a Minnesota-based touring company, is the show's producer. Students who attend are given follow-up materials to take home.

The show will be staged at Greenwood Elementary School on Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.; at Rocky Branch Elementary School on Feb. 1 at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.; and at St. Bridget Parish School on Feb. 1 at 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
