River Falls couple-owned Scrubs Direct relocates within Woodbury

Max and Kris Ericson of River Falls celebrated the grand opening this weekend for their new Scrubs Direct location in Woodbury Commons. With one other site in Duluth, Minn., the store has scrubs on site to try on, and offers various accessories and personalization services such as embroidery. The relocation comes as Woodbury continues to attract medical offices and clinics, with over 200 medical businesses in the city.

Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists set to add clinic to Woodbury

Midwest Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist broke ground on a new clinic site on Radio Drive earlier this month. The company recently built a new clinic in Vadnais Heights, and also has locations in Woodbury, Eagan and Maplewood. In addition to ear nose and throat care for adults and children, the clinic provides facial plastic surgery, asthma and allergy services and hearing aid help, as well as related products. The new Woodbury clinic is expected to open in early spring 2020, according to a press release.

HealthEast Heart Care opens cardiac device clinic

HealthEast Heart Care has opened a new cardiac device clinic, which includes services for pacemakers and implanted defibrillators, in the Woodwinds Health Campus. This is the third such clinic to open in the east metro, and follows an expansion at the existing HealthEast Heart Care clinic in Woodbury, according to a press release.

Salute Dental building new location in Tamarack Village

Salute Dental, which first opened in Woodbury in 2003, is in the process of building a new location on Tamarack Road. The clinic hired architecture firm Shea for the project, which has worked with local businesses such as Spoon and Stable and Surly Brewing. Construction is underway with completion expected this fall. According to a company Facebook post, the clinic will accept new patients at its expanded location for the first time in years.
