What better way to enjoy a spring evening than cheese paired with a glass of beer? It's said beer is a better match for cheese than wine, which is just one interesting fact students will learn at Kowalski's beer and cheese pairing class, which kicks off a series of cheese education classes at Kowalski's Market in Woodbury.
"We are excited to offer a series of classes to help people learn about the wide variety of local and imported cheeses," said Kris Kowalski Christiansen, chief operating officer, Kowalski's Markets.
The Beer and Cheese Pairing Class will be held Monday, April 28 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Students will indulge in six flights of beer paired with cheeses, including a history lesson of beer and cheese.
The class is free, but space is limited to 25 students.
Each class will take place at the Kowalski's Woodbury Market in the Next Level classroom space.
