CITY OF WOODBURY,
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampton Companies has submitted an application for a Rezoning, Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Plat and Site and Building Plan for the Suite Living Senior Care development. The Applicant is requesting to build a 32 unit, one-story assisted living and memory care facility to be located at 1901 Century Avenue. The property is zoned MCD, Medical Campus District and is guided as Medium Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The North 30 feet of the North 180 feet of the South 630 feet of the West 500
feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of SW 1/4),
Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, AND the North 150 feet of the South600 feet of the West 500 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of SW 1/4), Section 7, Township 28 North,
Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
EXCEPT Parcel 5 and 6 of Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 152 recorded as Document no. 3625247.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
