1. Description of Property: 2004 Sprinter Keystone camper with VIN#: 4YDF243214A212198 and License Plate No. RT61886.
2. Grounds of Sale: unpaid storage costs
3. Amount Owed: three thousand six hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,600.00).
INFORMATION REGARDING SALE
4. The requisites of Minn. Stat. 514.18-22 have been satisfied.
5. The amount owed on this property is three thousand six hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,600.00) computed to the day of the sale, exclusive of said sale and the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale.
6. At the date of this notice the amount due, including taxes, if any, paid by the holder of the property, is $3,600.
7. Pursuant to the power of sale under Minn. Stat. 514.18-22, the property will be sold by the Sheriff of Goodhue County, Minnesota, at public auction on October 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at 763 Tile Drive, Red Wing, MN 55066.
8.Bidders must have cash or a cashier's check in hand at the date and time of the sale.
9.Buyer will be responsible for immediate removal of the camper. Storage fees are $20.00 per day to hold this property after it has been sold.
