DETROIT - The NHL lockout continues. Formal talks between the league and the Players Association are not expected until tomorrow.
The NHL locked out players after the two sides failed to reach a new collective bargaining agreement. The previous CBA expired on Saturday night.
The Minnesota Wild is offering season ticket holders 10-percent interest if they opt not to get refunds for any games canceled due to the NHL lockout.
Those opting to let the Wild keep their money in their accounts won't receive the interest in cash, but rather the money can be applied to season ticket renewals, playoff games or future regular season games a handful of other teams are offering similar deals, but at smaller interest rates.
