Theft



Darren Edwards, 2622 Malmquist Ave. #207, was arrested Tuesday by Red Wing police for allegedly stealing a small TV ($65) from a vehicle while working at Wal-Mart Tire Lube & Express.



Dale Steffenhagen, Flower Valley Road, reported that between Tuesday and Thursday someone stole a welder ($425) from an his unlocked machine shed.



Michael Engberg, 211 E. Seventh St., reported that 40 CDs ($400-600) were stolen about three weeks ago from his vehicle, which was parked at his residence.



Property damage



Jay Sjoblom, Cannon Falls, reported Sunday that mailbox ($40) was knocked off post and damaged.



Jomar Dicke, Goodhue, reportedly caused minor damage when her vehicle hit a parked vehicle owned by David Lantis, 1056 Birch Ave., on Wednesday in a business parking lot at 3037 S. Service Drive. She told police she saw no damage and left the scene. No tickets were issued; the two parties will handle matter.





Burglary



James Berquam, Kenyon, reported Tuesday that his residence was burglarized. Entry gained through garage service door; miscellaneous items were taken, according to the report.







FIRE CALLS



Friday: Firefighters responded to a false alarm at Jefferson School, 8:10 a.m. No fire; alarm was set off by construction activity.
