Red Wing High School fall sports registration will be Monday in the Courtyard Cafe from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Opening general session begins at 6 p.m. in the Hovda Auditorium with individual sport meetings to follow. It is important that parents and student-athletes attend, Activities Director Don Featherstone said.

Red Wing School District Athletic participation fees for 9-12 grade students-athletes are $150 and 7-8 grade fees are $90. Participation fees for all athletic and fine arts participation has been capped at the following levels: And individual's cap is $250, and a family cap is $500. Students/athletes in grades 7-8 will have an individual maximum of $150, while fine arts participants only will have an individual cap of $150.

The Red Wing High School student-athletes in grades 9-12 will receive a free student activity pass with their first paid participation fee of $150. Former Red Wing students who are currently enrolled in higher education will be admitted at the student admission price of $4.00 with their college ID.

Red Wing School District senior citizens 60 years and older and children under aage 5 admitted free to all athletic and fine arts activities.

Beginning in the 2006-07 school year, admission prices to high school events will be $4 for students and $6 for adults.

Athletic/activity passes will be sold beginning this year, with student passes costing $30 and adult passes $75. Passes are good for all athletic and fine arts activities for the entire school year. Red Wing student and adult passes are not honored for any high school league sponsored tournaments.
