- Red Wing's girls soccer team recorded the first victory in school history with a 3-1 win over Lake City on Wednesday, Nov. 29. Seniors Samantha Rother, Maria Peterson and Allison White scored the Wingers' goals, breaking into the win column after an 0-28-3 start for the third-year program.
- The Ellsworth girls track and field team claimed its first Division 2 regional title since 2000. At the regional meet in Osceola, Wis., Rachel Langer, Chelsea Hanson and Macy Olson combined to break five school records. The Panthers qualified athletes in 12 events at sectionals.
- Goodhue's volleyball team, led by rookie head coach Andy Kimball, came out of no where to finish an electric season 22-5. The Wildcats lost to Mabel-Canton squad in the Subsection 1A East finals, but the season was one of the best in 10 years. The team also featured R-E Player of the Year Alison Albers.
