Authorities have identified a potential second victim of a Red Wing man already charged with six counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Charles Ottman, 2000 Old West Main St., faces three more charges after a developmentally delayed 25-year-old woman came forward to report Ottman had allegedly sexually assaulted her.
According to the criminal complaint, the woman met "Charlie" at Wal-Mart, after which time he allegedly assaulted her beginning in November 2004 until early January 2007.
She said he would take her for coffee and to his Pottery Place apartment, where they touched each other sexually while on his bed.
She also reported that he performed a sex act in front of her and took her to a garage next to the Roadway Inn hotel where he touched her sexually.
The woman, identified as a vulnerable adult, said she told Ottman she was uncomfortable with the actions but that Ottman wanted to experiment.
Ottman has been charged with one count of third-degree sexual conduct, one count of fourth-degree sexual conduct, and one count of indecent exposure.
Ottman is being held at the Goodhue County jail. He faces up to 84 years in prison for allegedly performing sex acts in front of and sexually touching a 13-year-old girl at his apartment.
The most recent charges carry a maximum penalty of more than 25 years behind bars and a $51,000 fine.
