Park High School golfers Billy Barnhart and Beau Anderson had solid performances at the state meet this week, finishing in 17th and 33rd place, respectively.
Barnhart, a sophmore, finished the two-day event with an 8-over par 152, improving on his freshman score of 157.
"I played a lot better than last year," Barnhart said. "I had a couple bad holes here and there, but that's going to happen over two days."
Anderson finished 10-over par with 155.
"It was just a really good experience for me, for how young I am," said Anderson, also a sophomore.
