ARBY'S FOOTBALL NIGHT -- Arby's in Cottage Grove will donate 15 percent of all sales made between 4 and 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, to the Park High School football team. Just tell them it's for "Wolfpack Football."


MONSTER MASH -- Halloween games, prizes, stories, crafts, dancing and puppetry for the entire family is scheduled during Monster Mash from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday Oct. 26, at Cottage Grove Elementary School -- a new location. Costumes are encouraged and photos available. Admission is $2.50 per person or $8 per family. The event is sponsored by District 833's Early Childhood Family Education and School Readiness programs.

BASH AT BARN -- Looking for a Halloween party for all ages? The Cottage Grove Strawberry Festival committee is hosting a Monster Bash from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the Cottage Grove VFW Post Red Barn, 9260 East Point Douglas Road. Costumes are encouraged for the party which begins with a spaghetti dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. and dancing from 8 to 11 p.m. In between, there will be a silent auction and face painting, and tattoos by members of the Cottage Grove Royal Court. Admission is $10 for adults, 13 and older, and $5 for children, 4 to 12 years. Children, three and younger, are free. Tickets can be purchased at city hall.


HALLOWEEN PARADE -- The Cottage Grove Area Jaycees' Halloween parade begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, and will travel from the District 833 Service Center, 7362 East Point Douglas Road (across from McDonald's) to the District Program Center, next to Country Inn & Suites. Children's costume judging is scheduled from 10 to 10:30 a.m.


HALLOWEEN SKATE PARTY -- Cottage Grove's figure skating line, "The Fine Line," is hosting a Halloween party for all from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, at the Cottage Grove Ice Arena. Tickets are $4 per skater. Activities will include open skating, games, prizes, food and raffles.


PARTY AT LEGION -- American Legion Post 98, 328 Broadway Ave., St. Paul Park, invites all the neighborhood kids to a free Halloween party, 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. Activities will include snacks, games, prizes and candy. Costumes are encouraged.
