A 27-year-old Red Wing woman died and three children were transported to the hospital Wednesday, Sept. 19, in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Spring Creek Road near Graves Drive, authorities said Thursday.

The driver, identified by police Friday as Jasmyne Baune, was deceased on the scene.

Officers responded to the scene around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday where a vehicle was on its roof in a ravine west of Spring Creek Road, according to Red Wing police. Voices could be heard coming from the vehicle.

Red Wing Fire Department extracted three children from the vehicle: a seven-year-old female, a one-and-half-year-old male and a seven-month-old female, police said. The children were transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing.

Minnesota State Patrol, Department of Transportation, Goodhue County Social Services, Mayo Gold Cross Ambulance and the Regional Medical Examiner also assisted at the scene.
