Initial appearances

Sydni A. Bahr, 18, Belleville, was ordered to pay $500 cash bail on three felony forgery-uttering (as party to a crime) and one possession of THC charge April 1. However, those charges were then dismissed April 5. The charges stemmed from a March 29 incident in Hudson.

Justine T. Bridge, 34, St. Paul, waived extradition April 2 to Ramsey County, Minn., where she is charged with felony second degree burglary - building - possess tool.

Brian R. Fleischauer, 30, North St. Paul, Minn., was ordered to pay $5,000 cash bail on felony burglary-building or dwelling (repeater, as party to a crime), felony repeater possession of methamphetamine and two repeater misdemeanor bail jumping charges March 29. The charges stemmed from a March 28 incident in River Falls.

Hazel A. Freiberg, 20, Madison, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bail on one count each of felony forgery (as party to a crime) and possession of THC and two felony forgery-uttering (as party to a crime) charges April 1. The charges resulted from a March 29 incident in Hudson.

Gregory W. Hogan, 48, New Richmond, was ordered to pay $1,250 cash bail on felony possession of narcotic drugs (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges April 5 after a warrant arrest. The charge stemmed from an April 24, 2018 incident in New Richmond.

Lance G. Larson, 59, Somerset, posted a $2,500 signature bond on a felony theft-movable property charge April 2. The charge resulted from an incident on or about Jan. 16 through on or about April 1 at Fleet Farm in Hudson.

Franklin V. Masterson, 38, River Falls, was ordered to pay $2,500 cash bail on a felony burglary-building or dwelling (as party to a crime) charge March 29. The charge stemmed from a March 28 incident in River Falls.

Travis A. Morey, 29, St. Paul, was ordered to pay $1,500 cash bail on two felony retail theft - intentionally take charges and one theft-false representation charge April 2. He pleaded innocent to the false representation charge. The charges stemmed from incidents Dec. 17 at Fleet Farm in Hudson, Jan. 3 at Target in Hudson and Jan. 2, 2014 in Hudson.

Brian S. Mueller, 31, Champlin, Minn., was ordered to pay $10,000 cash bail on felony use a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, attempt second degree sexual assault of child and chid enticement-sexual contact charges April 2. The charges resulted from a March 26 incident in Hudson.

Courtney K. Pilz, 26, Harris, Minn., waived extradition April 5 to Dakota County, Minn., where she is charged with gross misdemeanor false information to police officer.

David M. Rentfrow, 44, New Richmond, was ordered to pay $10,000 cash bail on six felony bail jumping charges April 3. The charges resulted from incidents March 27 and March 30 in Hudson.

Emilio S. Rivera, 18, New Richmond, posted a $2,500 signature bond on felony burglary - building or dwelling (as party to a crime) and operate vehicle without consent - passenger charges April 2. The charges stemmed from incidents July 26 in New Richmond and July 17 in the town of Star Prairie.

Tiffany L. Talbot, 35, New Richmond, posted a $1,000 signature bond on a felony bail jumping charge April 4. The charge stemmed from a March 20 incident in Hudson.

Toni M. Thomas, 36, Brooklyn Park, Minn., waived extradition April 2 to Hennepin County, Minn., where she has been convicted of felony second degree assault.

Kierre M. Washington, 19, Madison, was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bail on one forgery (as party to a crime) charge, two forgery-uttering (as party to a crime) and three felony bail jumping charges April 1. The charges resulted from a March 29 incident in Hudson.
