A Woodbury man was sentenced Aug. 29 to 270 days in prison and 25 years supervised probation for having sexual contact with a minor.

Shane Lael Dhaemers, 45, pleaded guilty in May to the felony charge. He was credited 22 days of time served at the Washington County Jail and paid $137 in fees. As a condition of probation, Dhaemers must register as a predatory offender for 10 years.

The charge Dhaemers was convicted of, second-degree criminal sex conduct with a victim between 13 and 15 years old where he was in a position of authority, carried a possibility of up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $35,000.

The incidents included Dhaemers touching the victim's breasts, exposing himself to her and offering to show and teach her about sex, according to a criminal complaint.
