PLUM CITY -- Tony Garner pitched 11 shutout innings and Nathan Prissel walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 11th as the Blues edged Osceola 1-0.

Chase Nelson scored the winning run. Nelson finished Sunday's game 3-for-4.

Plum City had a chance to win the game earlier in the 11th, but Matt Sperger was thrown out at the plate when he tried to score from second on Zach Watkins' one-out hit.

"There wasn't a lot of hitting going on," Blues manager Aaron Peterson said. "Both teams had a lot of chances."

Plum City (12-9 overall, 7-6 St. Croix Valley League) travels Saturday to Bay City.
