Senior Jamie St. Marie led the Cougars in kills (13) and digs (20) and tied for the team-lead in ace serves (3) to help Z-M win on the road Thursday.

"Pretty much all around good play tonight," Cougars coach Stacy Liebenow said. "Not a whole lot to say, just a good night for us offensively and defensively."

Z-M improved to 7-10 overall and 7-7 in the Hiawatha Valley League with the victory.

Megan Nelson, a junior, recorded a team-high 17 set assists and added three ace serves for the Cougars. Senior Molly Grover paced Z-M with seven ace blocks and added eight kills.

The Cougars travel to Apple Valley today for an invitational.
