Ashten Chandler found the back of the net 5 minutes into the game for Red Wing, providing momentum the team would need to outlast Faribault's offensive attack in the first half. Chandler and five others each scored in the Wingers' 6-1 win on Tuesday.

"Ashten in particular had a great game," Red Wing head coach Taylor Becker said. "She is using her strengths well in holding possession for us and helping us build into the attack."

Ella Sutherland, Cadence Thorson, Lillie Sonju, Sydney Rahn and Kayla Radtke each found the back of the net for the Wingers. Goalkeeper Tori Senty made six saves in 72 minutes of play.

"We have a lot of strong personalities and they’re figuring out they can’t do this alone," Becker said. "We were very proud of the second half especially and getting a solid team win."
