EAST RIDGE 7, IRONDALE 0

It was a dominating win for the East Ridge girls' soccer team as the Raptors won 7-0 over Irondale on Tuesday night. The win improves East Ridge's record to 2-0 in the conference season and 3-3-1 overall this season.

Along with a strong scoring night, the Raptors were able to complete a shutout with a impressive defense for 80 minutes.

The Raptors will try to make it three wins in the conference on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 5 p.m. as East Ridge travels to Park for a crosstown rivalry.

BOYS

EAST RIDGE 3, IRONDALE 0

The East Ridge boys' soccer team was bumped down to No. 10 in the Minnesota State High School Soccer Coaches Association and they made sure to make their case on Tuesday night with a 3-0 win over Irondale in a conference win.

It was a strong scoring day for the Raptors as well as a dominating defensive production with another shutout on season. East Ridge prides itself on not allowing a score.

The Raptors will continue their conference season on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. at Park for a crosstown rival.
